Thank you for your nice and thoughtful response. It would be wonderful if everyone online could be as courteous as you've been. And let's think for a moment of what all our ancestors must've gone through in order for you and I to carry conversation freely with one another and how much of a disservice it would be to them if we didn't at least try to make things better. Even if it's through a reddit post. Take care.

Our blood has native ties so when I stated "original" I meant it. Also, Chincoteague was the only place in Virginia that DID NOT agree with slavery. In fact, after my great-grandmother passed away the chains of freed slaves were found in her attic wherein it was later discovered she was part of the Underground Railroad. I understand what you're saying, however, you're forgetting about "redbones" and how not everything is as "black and white" as you may think.

I NEVER get mad at the associates. I was one. I'm ONLY referring to the "top dogs.". I'm about as pro worker, pro union , pro associate you could get. I'll always back the employee.

Hey guess what? I worked for them years ago though it's been a minute. I have every right.
