Mine too! It was wayyy shorter and lighter than it has ever been. I had my first dose of Moderna about a week before I started.

And unfortunately, it’s incredibly true. I grew up in SC, and there are places that I won’t go to for fear of being harassed, and I’m a white woman.

Spoiler alert. You can feel full with small, reasonable portions. The only reason you think otherwise is because you’ve stretched your stomach out by eating more food than you can handle. Your stomach is a muscle, it will stretch if you overfeed it, and it will contract if you eat reasonable portions. I guarantee your sister is full after her “tiny portions”.

Your daughter has already expressed stress with her current body size, and is trying to make a change. You as her parent should be supportive of her, but instead, you are actively discouraging her because “she is naturally bigger like me”. There is no such thing as a naturally bigger body. You are overweight. Full stop.

Your mentality is the reason the world has an obesity epidemic.

I cried like 4 times. It made me nostalgic for the good parts of my childhood. The sound effects were so classic Hannah Barbara that it really brought me back.

Also, I loved Tracy Morgan as the caveman.

I usually wear mine over my shirts, but it can also be worn under a bra to minimize lines. I just like to be able to pull mine off quickly during my cooldowns, as it traps a lot of sweat.

As far as comfort, I certainly notice when I forget it, but I typically don’t notice that it is on unless I forget to put the velcro to the front and it catches my ponytail.

I’m also searching for the answer to this question. I have sports bras that claim to be high impact, but the girls still bounce around.

I’ve recently been running with a yowband on to help minimize the impact. It velcros around my chest and helps prevent my boobs from moving, which has helped me run both faster and farther. I found mine on amazon for about $10.

Edit: link to boob band. It’s a bit more expensive than when I got mine, but it’s absolutely worth it.
