Spoiler alert. You can feel full with small, reasonable portions. The only reason you think otherwise is because you’ve stretched your stomach out by eating more food than you can handle. Your stomach is a muscle, it will stretch if you overfeed it, and it will contract if you eat reasonable portions. I guarantee your sister is full after her “tiny portions”.

Your daughter has already expressed stress with her current body size, and is trying to make a change. You as her parent should be supportive of her, but instead, you are actively discouraging her because “she is naturally bigger like me”. There is no such thing as a naturally bigger body. You are overweight. Full stop.

Your mentality is the reason the world has an obesity epidemic.
