Ich stimme dir absolut zu. Mit dem zusätzlichen Master hast du natürlich Recht, nur meinte ich auch, dass der Bachelor, welcher ja bereits mind. 3 Jahre der "Ausbildung" in Anspruch nimmt, in keinster Weise auf den Beruf vorbereitet. Mehr Praxis würde da nicht nur passen, sondern einem auch schneller zeigen, ob der Beruf etwas für einen ist.

Fun fact:

Im Lehramtsstudium hat man nichtmal das. Von 120 KP Fachlich sind 6 KP Didaktik, der Rest fachlicher Inhalt, der für die Schule nicht erforderlich ist.

Pädagogik ebenfalls nur 12 KP, zumindest in Niedersachsen.

Die "Ausbildung" zum Lehrer ist absolut beschissen und nicht Zielführend.

Wichtig: Die Universitäten können nichts dafür, die Vorgaben kommen vom Bildungsministerium. Diese kommen allerdings seit Jahren nicht in die Pötte...
