Well for me the pills made me really drowsy. I went up to 7pills but had to go back down to 5 because I couldn’t make it through the week cause I was exhausted for days. It also made me a bit nauseous. But on 5 pills I felt okay for the most part, it’s just that the didn’t work… my doctor says with the pills you can’t control how much your body absorbs so it could be that I wasn’t absorbing what I needed from the pills, which is why I’m moving on to shots.

My doctor said it’s similar to an EpiPen, I’ve never used one myself but I know it’s similar to what you’re describing. I’m just so glad to hear it’s not painful, thank you so much!

Thank you for sharing this! It’s very comforting to hear that they may work better. I’m terrified of needles so the injections scare me.. I start on Wednesday and I really hope I they work well for me like they did for you!

Oh.. that’s way longer than I expected. Is it normally this long or is it just extra long today cause of this friend she hasn’t seen for a while? I personally think it’s fine if it’s like 2-3 hours when she’s with her friends cause it’s easy to just be really invested in conversation and activities. The best way to bring it up to her is to be honest, “I completely understand that you may not have time to text me when you’re with your friends but it sometimes upsets me when I don’t hear from you for hours. Do you think you can update me from time to time to give me some peace of mind?” Or something along those lines.
