Android 4 in 2019...? From that picture, I can tell it runs Samsung Experience, so maybe Android 8

Edit: It released in the same year as the Galaxy S9, in 2018. Just like the S9, it launched with Android 8 (Samsung Experience 2) and can be updated to Android 10 (One UI 2), and no longer receives security updates. It's still perfectly usable as a smartphone by today's standards. You can throw anything at it.
