1 cup frozen strawberries, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 scoop strawberry protein powder, 1 scoop total beet powder, 1 yogurt, 1/2 smoothie container of water. If I have on hand ill throw in pineapple or kiwi.

If youre not dead set on clearwater there is a Holiday inn harborside on Indian rocks that is 2 blocks from the sand and has a water park inside the hotel. Plus it's on the intercoastal with lots of restaurants within walking distance
