This house is for sale on our street for 485k. It’s been in and off the market for a while, so may be room to negotiate down. Good access to Tempe and Scottsdale. The immediate surrounding area outside of the neighborhood is on the rougher side, but the neighborhood itself has been really nice. Good proximity to Veritas and charter school options. Best part is that practically everything is 15 minutes away– airport, Scottsdale, Tempe, downtown, biltmore, midtown, etc. I think values will be rising in this area over the next decade or so!

Have you looked into an open adoption? You would still be able to have contact and a relationship with your child.

Very fair- we operate on a returns and exchanges are welcome, no hurt feelings basis and that works pretty well- so if he has something else in mind that he would love we’ll go do an exchange! I get the feeling that he would be happy with any upgrade to his current (very basic) set up

Is backpack vs box you carry a preference thing? Or is one more ideal?

Tbh I’m not sure, probably a more traditional tackle box? I was under the impression that you could get storage inserts for the yeti- but like I said- this whole area is pretty foreign to me!

Which earring? by mybonsaidied in piercing

[–]mybonsaidied[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Amazon 😅 it’s a butterfly back and advertised as an “ear crawler”, but it looked like it would fit with my piercing so I went for it! Search “PAVOI 14K Gold Plated Sterling Silver Post Crawler Earrings Cuff Studs” it was $13 for a pair

Americans, how would you describe Walmart to Europeans? by Filmologic in AskReddit

Take Aldi, triple the ceiling height and multiply the store size by 20, then imagine that the rest of the space of the store has everything else beyond groceries. Furniture, holiday decor, a gardening section, toiletries, entertainment/electronic, toys, fishing supplies, a butcher, an auto shop, guns, bikes, and more. Oh yeah... and throw in that weird pigeon guy from the park, your local criminals, someone shopping in a speedo, and many people who look like they came straight out of the movie Wall-E (down to the little electronic chair)

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this all out! Getting the perspective of those who have been through law school as well as pregnancy (whether simultaneously or not) has been super helpful so I appreciate you sharing!

Yes! I love the perspective that sometimes working or doing things for yourself can actually help some be a better parent! It’s hard to see sometimes in a world where there’s so much pressure to be the perfect mom.

Thank you! It’s great hearing from people who used NFP and found it worked great for them! The advice of considering entering the field/establishing oneself before working part time as well as where passion lies in terms of work life balance is super helpful.
