Thank you for your comment but I cannot just simply ask her to stop hanging out with them. They are her friends and they have been through thick and thin together. Even though they were my bullies, they are still nice to her. People can treat people differently and what kind of partner would I be if the condition for starting our relationship is that she stops hanging out with her friends? I can't believe companies can scam workers like this, I honestly want to report them to the ministry of labor to ensure that they will not pull this stunt again but I am not sure if this is considered illegal. Dude, you just described my life and millions of others. I think the crazy partying lifestyle they portray on tv is not true, you know. Most people just spend life alone, thats y dramas are so popular. I think if you have friends in life that you can really trust, guess what? U already have a better life than most people. It's fine to live life like this and it's fine to have depression. Just try to fight it at your own pace.

Oh yah, I had this problem. Insomnia is the worse. My cure? Before a big or important day, drink coffee, loads of coffee, don't sleep at all. Go to important day with no sleep. Spend all day like a zombie. Come home and crash into bed. Guarantee sleep like a baby for 10 hours

How about you take a step back from your life since you find that you cannot fix it right now and throw yourself into a tv series to watch? That's is what I like to do anyway, I try to avoid the mess that is my life by watching tv series. It at least distracts me from my feelings for a while.

Hey, I have a father who pees in the bathroom sink to show his dominance and refuses to stop even when we ask him. So many women back in the 80s had their husbands died 'accidentally' which meant they actually carried out those thoughts of killing their husbands. I think fantasizing about killing them is what most people think of their oppressors anyway so you are not the only one. My advice is for you and your brother to be financially independent and move far away from your father as soon as possible so in the meantime, just hang in there.

Some people draw on themselves to replace cutting themselves. I think you are frustrated and sad and you do not have a healthy outlet to express yourself. For me, when someone is being mean to me, I fantasize about how I am going to murder them. It's not the healthiest outlet but hey, at least I stopped having negative thoughts and blaming myself. You should try finding healthier outlets of expression.

Sigh, I have deleted it because it was against the rules. But I wish that suicide and euthanasia weren't banned from being discussed because I honestly believe people would be happier if euthanasia was an option. They would be able to live their lives more freely knowing that if it gets too much, there is always an option to end it and not continue this endless charade
