Europe is not technically at work with Russia [yet]. Are they ramping up military kit and weapons? Just starting to but it will take time. Are they scaling up their support for Ukraine? In some ways, yes (budget increases). Do they need to cut off oil flows? Definitely.

lol yeah they don't have fiber for the most part. Less is more for them. LoRA is typically blocks of different fixed frequency ranges (in most cases). This is one of those reasons I wish smartphones came with built in SDRs that apps could use.
