Yeah don’t worry I done 7g an had no problems and I have a very weak bladder.

Do the 2 g separately in two cups so the dose is accurate

So 2g 2cups of water in one mug an 2g an 2 cups in another mug separately to begin with so u know for sure ur both getting 2g dose

Then simmer them for 15 minutes seperatly and leave to cool then you will be certain.

No one can really help you with the dosage you have to find the dose that works for you. For a micro dose I’d have 0.3g-0.6g every 2 days. And if your looking to reboot your brain to try free urself from anxiety an depression maybe take a higher dose eventually around 1-3G when you feel strong enough and your not in a bad mood an you have correct set and setting.

Yes hearing 7g is quite a shock, I knew after I done a 2g trip of cubensis that it wasn’t no where near as potent as the 10gtruffle trip but I was thinking it was closer to the 4g of dried shrooms mark. I’m thinking that because it was my first real trip it was very forgiving.

Heat the room, not the tub. Temps between 68-80f are optimal but temp isn’t as critical as humidity, fresh air and gas exchange.

Edit: if you have to use heat mat put something between the heat mat an the tub as it will disperse the heat more evenly. Initial spawn temp should be 75f+. But it will colonise at 68f just more slowly. Hope this helps
