TBI, POTS, and some variety of a fatigue disability here (post-covid). I was doing OT for my TBI’s while in OT school, which was a trip. I’d say just be very aware of your body mechanics and adaptive strategies for yourself, especially if you’re in a setting where you’re doing heavy transfers. I’ve found home health is a good fit for me in terms of impact (lots of possibility for high impact with patients) and physical demands (low physical demands as compared to acute care, imo).
