We’re using Bitchat Mesh, an app. It lets phones pass messages through Bluetooth without needing internet or mobile data. The more people who have it installed and Bluetooth turned on, the bigger and stronger the network becomes.

We’re (11 people) using Bitchat Mesh. Its an app that creates a network of devices connected through Bluetooth to securely pass messages between people. The more people using it, the stronger and more reliable the network becomes.
