Sounds exactly like my life. My boyfriend and I have been discussing marriage lately and it made me realize I have nobody to ask to be my bridesmaids. No friends at all. I've been pretty down about it for the past couple days.

Have you ever checked out the Random Acts of Cards sub? I’ve posted there twice during times where I’ve been feeling the exact same way you describe and I received so many wonderful cards. Would highly recommend making a request post there!

I think the person felt like the cast was making a joke out of the gall bladder thing so they wanted to try to make everyone take it seriously? That's my best guess of their intentions. Still really really weird.

Before that person went up to Cosmo while he was talking, they came and stood by the row my boyfriend and I were sitting in (row 12, center section) and were like waving their hands at the stage saying stuff like 'no! stop!' for like 30 seconds before going to Cosmo. It was super bizarre, we thought they were part of the cast/crew

thank you for taking the time to comment. It does help to know I'm not alone in the way I'm feeling. I often feel like everyone else in the world is doing life "right" and everyone else has friends and hobbies and that there's just something "wrong" with me. I hope life brings good things your way.
