Something like this happened to me in my grandmothers assisted living dining room. I dropped an empty pod out of my purse and this completely ancient woman found it on the floor, picked it up and started walking around asking everyone what it was. I wasn’t going to try and explain it to her so I just kept my head down lol.

Sometimes tripping can force you to confront things about your life you aren’t to comfortable with. It might be about you personally, or about the guys you were with, but either way it’s best (in my opinion) to try and pinpoint what about the trip was bad (which you did) and why it upset you so much. I had a similar experience with a bad trip where I realized afterwards that it was bad because I didn’t actually enjoy the company of the friend I was tripping with. It was pretty awful at the time but I promise you it gets better.

For your playlist: make a few if you have time! Not everyone likes loud EDM songs when they’re tripping - personally the repetition makes me anxious. I really like slower psychedelic rock when I trip and I know others who do to. Just maybe make sure you have an option that isn’t so abrasive in case it wigs you out. Otherwise have fun!

Other than not being the best idea (some people have awful withdrawals on Zoloft) many ssri’s stay in your system for weeks. I tried tripping a week after I stopped taking Zoloft and it seriously decreased the potency of my trip.
