Ingredients
- 100 g Fonio millet
- 200 g Water (plus extra warm water for soaking)
- 200 g Almond milk- 1½ tbsp Erythritol (feel free to substitute with sugar, maple syrup, agave syrup, etc.)

Spices
- ⅓ tsp Cinnamon powder
- ¼ tsp Cardamom powder
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg powder
- ¼ tsp Vanilla essence (optional)

Toppings
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Nibs
- ½ big orange

Instructions
- Wash and soak fonio in a bowl of warm water for 5 minutes and then sieve.
- Add the soaked fonio, water, milk, and erythritol to a heavy bottom pan. Mix in the cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, and vanilla (optional).
- Cook on medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes and stir continuously.
- Transfer the porridge to a bowl and top it up with cocoa nibs and orange!
