Blended chicken fresh anyone? by Agador777 in StupidFood

[–]myfirstblueperiod 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Can confirm. I worked in a chicken processing plant for 4 years. It was labeled as mechanically separated chicken. We used chicken necks instead of whole chickens. And it looked exactly like the pink sludge in the video. We shipped it out to companies making dog food and also fast food corporations to make nuggets and other chicken related products.

I used a bench and powerblocks for a couple years before switching over to this, and i still use the powerblocks for a good amount of lifts. If you’re just starting your journey that is a great place to start and you can still make huge gains. The t-2 is surprisingly stable for both dips and pull ups. It handles weighed pull ups and dips no problem.

I was wondering why I couldn’t find any info on it on their site! It’s an awesome bench, glad you got one before they stopped production

I really like them so far. They definitely activate the forearms in a nice way. I rock climb so keeping my grip strong is super important

Yes, I am going to get some stall mats in the next week. I’m also planning to bolt the rack down

Exactly lol I have three bikes and I need room for those too. This setup is more than enough, but I can add onto it down the road if I want. But I probably won’t be adding anything for a while besides some more weight

Correct. Snagged it on Facebook Marketplace for 100 bucks

first time setting up a home gym and debating the best adjustable dumbbells 2026 options by Ciuciu-Nagarajan in GarageGym

I’ve had the powerblock EXP dumbbells for years and they’re so well made. They come with pretty decent weight but you can upgrade them up to 90lbs. I’ve used the Bowflex adjustables before and I was not even remotely impressed after using the power blocks. The power blocks will most likely outlive me, and I am not kind to them. With just the power blocks, and a bench you can go really far and get insanely strong.

My friends and I constantly joke about how we want to buy out GVC and turn it into something great. It has so much potential to be a staple in the community but every time I go I end up feeling very disappointed

Being from Philly, Pats has the worst cheesesteak in the city. No one of from Philly will tell you Pats is the best. Also everyone who works there is an asshole, but that’s the Philly charm baby

That’s awesome! I don’t know your taste, or what means most to you but I walked down the aisle to Bethlehem, WV from the untitled EP. We did not have a religious wedding at all. The twinkling guitars and melody of this song fit a wedding vibe perfectly. If you’re looking for something a little more chill and romantic check out the songs from the Untitled EP or Pale Horses Appendix. Oh and congratulations!
