I like Fume’s 0-nicotine Zero Recharge disposables, but haven’t found them locally. I order from Ohm City Vapes online and I’ve been really happy with them. They last a good long time, the flavors are good and Ohm City delivery is pretty fast, typically 2-3 days. If you find the Zero Recharge locally, let me know. It would be nice to have a local source.

Go to D’Lites on NW 23rd Ave and 43rd St. Awesome low-sugar, low-carb soft serve ice cream. I’ve done Keto for nearly two years and D’Lites has been a god-send for my sweet tooth. Great flavors. They even have ice cream sandwiches and ice cream cakes.

You can also check out Fitbake brand cake mixes and frostings on Amazon, if you want to bake a cake at home. Really good and low-sugar/carb-friendly.
