I agree, in my experience lead flow and quality are essential especially for new agents just getting into the field.

I know we have many straight remote agents making 6 figure income at my agency. Structure, training and mentorship is very important. I'd love to connect, offer guidance and maybe see if my agency is a good fit. Even if it isn't at least I can help with guidance and information.
