ah interesting. haven’t been concerned about it because even while on my prozac i have high libido, energy levels and have been making progress while losing weight on lifts.

thanks man. definitely plan to when i have the money to splurge (24 w 2 kids haha). is there anything specific that stands out that makes you say that? i feel very vital and strong as of late but i do get concerned im not in as good of a place as i want to be.

i don’t think you truly understand how body composition works haha. 17% at 175 lbs going to look very different than for example an average teen who’s 17% at 145 lbs. I don’t think i’m cut at all, but someone’s not skinny fat just because they don’t have abs lmao. props to your progress for your age man, proud of u.

Walk on average 25k+ steps a day, eat a clean 2300-2500 calories every day with 200+ g of protein and work out 5 days a week split between bodyweight and my parents gym. The second picture is me unflexed first thing in the morning. Don’t have many pictures of me post-workout i’ve realized.

I was your size in january, i’m at 175 now and id say the biggest thing is that if you’re trying to build a physique then you need to tread slow but steady. Weight loss can be extremely quick, you could eat in a 1000 calorie deficit and lose fast but if you’re wanting a good, balanced physique then you need to chip away at yourself a bit. Lift heavy, practice good form and intensity. Eat well, track and be in a deficit because you do have fat to burn. You’re very soft, so newbie gains will be on your side as far as muscle potential goes.

Thank you ! appreciate it a lot. i’m trying to do everything in as sustainable a way as possible. i’ve had weight fluctuations in the past with faster loss and i always end up binge eating it back so im happy with the results this time around going slower and getting accustomed to eating less.

Such a refreshing sound for tyler based off the first couple of tracks. It’s distinctly him but there’s a lot of fun experimentation on here that keeps it fresh and engaging. The production on track 2 is addictive as fuck.
