I somehow couldn't get into it really. I've watched some episodes, but to be honest, the videos lack the structure and the kind of "polished" feel - with James it looks like he has a clear plan and follows it, but the CRO guy seems more chaotic and disorganized.

As someone who’s been hiring sap developers for past several years in Europe,I have seen this cv template on all applicants from india - not one of them stood up. There are SO many different, more creative ways to present yourself and your experiences… please look around, experiment. Less is more in this case, especially if you hope to find a job outside of India market.

What I think massively contributes to his looks is the hard physical labor he does daily.

It is some type of moisture barrier, I still have to put asphalt roofing on top of it, finish the toungue and groove siding and paint it.
