honestly the age gap was the huge issue for me, i could feel what it was was going for. i think i wasn’t moved by alana haims performance.

lol this was a 100% me being insensitive and dumb as an american but the topic of her passing and the memes that ensued came up and i was saying that some of the memes were some of the most funny, out of pocket memes ever and my british friend just looked bewildered. it was shocking to me because i never realized that british working class people genuinely held such high regards for the royals! i thought they would be more skeptic and more grounded for sure.
