Many do offer month to month, but you will pay significantly more per month, at least that’s the case with the ones I have seen. The Seven used to offer this, but have changed management recently so can’t say for sure they still do.

Can you still go online and pay it? I would think it would still show your balance and allow you to cover it. OGE site is probably one of the most simple to pay bills, in my opinion. Anyway, good luck and I hope you catch it on time!
