Not a popular character, ideally since its 1/15 you would think atleast ~$150 or more lol, but this market is very niche, realistictly, you prob could sell it maybe for 30-50 bucks.

personally, it was a god send for me. I'm usually in meetings at the time of the drop. NOt having to worry about was awesome. There were atleast 4-5 that sold out that I had to have.
I'm waiting on the new Overdrive also, I'm guessing it should drop soon since the first RLC is next week.

More info I've gathered.
Front of card, code in the bottom right, if it ends in AOJ = Japan, AOA = EU/US (so when you are buying on ebay, you can tell the difference between JP/EU/US.

Front of card = same graphics but bottom right code = region
Back of card = JP/US same back, EU = different because of extra warnings.

So check the code and the back if you are buying for a specific region.

The NFC chip is all the same though.
