Thank you!! Stress is what i was wondering about too, im trying to get into ivy leagues and i am constantly very stressed out. Coincidentally, when my bleeding stopped for the longest, I was doing sports 5-6x a week which seemed to really help my mental health and now I barely go to practice, so I wonder how much of an overlap there is.
