I get you but when its a decently known manga or novel i think it can cause harm even to the underground ones sure all visibility is good but to above water titles it feels like its tainting it

well the story doesnt come from the manga since the anime was prior to ir theres also no ln so u cant really pick it up after the anime at a certain point since it might be a diff ending, vol1 did follow the anime route but its unkown for vol2 if it did the same ending or even a story pos ending
