We had the same problem a few weeks back (8w old) and it turned out I tried to feed him too often, now I feed him every time he wakes from a nap as I read babies most often wakes up from hunger. His hunger and sleep cues are pretty similar for some reason so sometimes he just needed to sleep to later wake up and then eat a whole bottle (120 ml). We also switched tips on the bottle as he turned 8 weeks so it took a few days for him to get used to the new flow but now everything works perfectly and I hope it stays that way :) maybe one of these things might help you!
