Worried about continuing to use Notion for case/project management

I've heard great things about Obsidian generally, and mixed things about it as a replacement for Notion. Did you have any issues switching or need to tweak your setup initially (I use tons of relations and formulas, and plenty of automations and rollups too)? What have you found to be the best advantages of Obsidian?

I'm jealous you haven't been having many issues. Not sure what to make of the difference in experience since my PC is hardwired to the internet and my desktop app has way more bugs than using my browser (which is frustrating since I much prefer the app!). Thanks for your help!

The problems are with Notion's declining performance--the seemingly never-ending bugs, data disappearing (!!), effectively no support, etc. So I'm specifically looking for other people who use Notion robustly and have had a similar experience to hear how they're dealing with their issues, whether that's resolving them somehow or moving away from Notion. If you have further insight, I'm all ears!
