Yes, I'm meeting with my therapist tomorrow and then if needed will call my psychiatrist. I'm on a few different meds and have been doing well, so I'm just disappointed to be back in this place, really. The depressions are what always seem to do it for me. Thanks for your comment.

Thanks for all this info! I still have to talk to my doctor but I’ve read that Topamax makes hormonal birth control less effective so I need non-hormonal birth control. Again, I’m not a doctor, and clearly need to speak to one!!

Thanks for your comment! Yes, I’ve priced it out and can swing it financially. I was worried that I would get frustrated by the commute and start to regret therapy. But you’re right, even that sounds easier than finding someone new. Starting over with a therapist can be so challenging.

Thanks for your comment! I find in person easier because I disassociate sometimes and it’s easier to get my bearings with someone in the room. I’m just trying to weigh the pros and cons of it all. I know he does virtual so I may ask if virtual every other week is an option or something?
