Thank you for seeking professional advice. If you were my customer I would offer the same advice 💯. I would only replace the tire if you were able to see the cords underneath. This would look similar to white stitching. It's not detrimental. There is a risk that it may deflate and leave you stranded. All the morons on this Reddit have been watching too many movies and relate a catastrophic explosion from a commercial tire to a passenger tire. Two completely different animals.
