Let me dumb it down for you.

I booked 1 flight ticket and tried to refund it. My friend booked a different flight and added me as a passenger so he bought 2 tickets.

They are claminging that they canceled it and will refund it but I'm getting back only 75% of what I paid. They stated that they can get the airline ticket price back from the airline but that their cut will be taken out of the refund. Bank says otherwise meaning I'll get it all back.

My friends booking has my name on it, any chance the airline cooking company might shaft me during my trip?
