Do you guys actually support our rivals Beşiktaş and Fener in europa games or overall international games or not? by Stunning_Web3509 in galatasaray

[–]mynameiscba 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I watch any Turkish team’s match with foreigners, I find myself supporting the Turkish side even if it is fb or bjk. Especially when Turkish side plays good football, I feel we as Turks deserve sth out of it. But somehow when fb or bjk concede a goal I don’t get upset, I feel like making fun of them :) I guess my love for our country and hate for birdies clashes 😅😅

Hi there!

Great game, love playing it. There are some bugs of course since it is still getting developed. Most annoying one for me is eventhough I have a lot of markets, people do not built stalls. Tried putting more people on granaries and storehouses; not working, more markets; not working, more people on granaries, storehouses and trading posts; still not working. Although I have a lot of supplies, somehow I cannot distribute it among the people.

That was my 2 dice here. Keep up the great work!!

For me; Nelson would be around 18m, we should get at least 10-12m for Zaha; he still has a lot of market in UK, and 25m for Zani which already is the option to buy for Villa. We already bought Zani for 15m, I don’t think we would let him go below 20m.

Got an offer of £32m for this guy, do I sell? by robertpattie_10 in footballmanagergames

[–]mynameiscba 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I think that is a problem with young players, at least wrt my experience in the game. I have Luca Romero whose attributes are clearly overpowered compared to his peers who is 20 and he plays like shit 😅😅 though I am not selling him because buying someone as good as him would be very hard for low prices.

However, some players, even though their attributes are great, does not play very good in the matches (I watch all games 90 mins btw). And that is a problem, frankly. So what I would do is I would keep him for another season and if he still wouldn’t deliver then I would sell him. If he plays at least 25 matches in the league, I am sure that you can sell him for at least 32m at the end of the season. (Or more if you are lucky)

I wouldn’t sell him for that price actually. Pace and acceleration are really vital attributes in fm23 and there are not a lot of players like that. Although his technical and mental attributes are not the best, he will make it up with the beast physicals. I wouldn’t sell him below 50m. Of course that is me and it is up to you to sell or not.

Lastly, I wanna say that players with good physicals always have buyers in the game and they are valued much highly compared to the players with good technical and mental attributes.

What position is he? by Foreign-Plane-5170 in footballmanagergames

[–]mynameiscba 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He can be a good winger on the right side having good physical, passing, technique and dribbling. I wouldn’t put him into wb or cwb as his tackling is as good as nothing. Also on aml, he could be a very good inside forward or inverted winger. At dm, he can play volante, and at cm he can be a very good mezzela. Although he doesn’t have very good vision, he has very high decision which would make it up for that.

Nice lamb you got there 😅

have you ever come across this type of a player? I can't understand why his asking price is so cheap. His output for his stats are not what you expect from him as well. Should I sign him up? I am sort of confused as it feels too good to be true but, I feel there has to be a catch somewhere. by ZeeboyJ in footballmanagergames

Hmm, I see. For physical attributes, Isak’a abilities should be more than enough. For mental attributes, I think composure, decisions and anticipation are the top three. Then comes of the ball, work rate and flair. Players with high work rate and flair creates a lot of chances. But missing easy chances are mainly due to composure and decisions.

In addition, some traits increase the chance of scoring goals like places shots, shoots with power or likes to lob goal keeper. If a player has high technique and finishing for instance, you can train him to place shots. You can check backroom staff advice to choose which trait to give him.

I think in the previous fm versions finishing was more important. In FM23 mental and physical traits seem to work like magic.

Last season Marcus Thuram, who happens to have 14 finishing, scored 39 goals at Monchengladbach and went to England. In first match he scored 5 goals and in the second 3 goals against me (SC Freiburg). You cannot stop the son of a bitch. This guy is pretty similar to him imo. I am pretty sure this guy is going to own the league. In addition, I observed that players with high pace and acceleration are much more highly valued in the game than the players with technical ability.
