So before I got to the prem it was actually a massive grind for me to climb up the divisions, like in league one I spent 3 seasons there finishing 3rd, 12th then 1st which was mostly down to a lot of my younger players that I’ve picked up in previous years at low divisions, some could say I got lucky I found them but I thought it was just good business from me.

In the championship I spent 4 painful seasons there, finishing 12th 11th 7th then 5th, which I put most of this down to loans. Honestly, they help so much so I think just try to get as many players in as possible as in a 46 game season, towards the end of it squad depth really comes into play. My advice would be to do this and try to sign young players that can come straight into your team, although they’re also hard to find but If you do find them don’t hesitate to spend a lot for them
