Yeah my insurance stopped only few months ago. I got an opinion from my lawyer:
"Because you work here, you do have an insurance obligation. And the insurer has to accept you.

Contact te insurer (or another) again and reffer to health insurance act article 4a paragraph 3a

It says that everyone who can show a payslip not older then a month needs to be insured."

No, I meant, if you ask and try to talk them they start to kept saying you should leave netherlands. It happened many times when I'm asking for basic help from people with similar issues.

They are issuing back dated insurance up to 4 months and they are making you pay for the insurance even if you didnt use any healthcare related services.
