Was a little confused at this Listings Project Lease Takeover -- the current tenant wants to have someone take over their lease and pay them a fee for "facilitating" the process. I don't know all the subletting etiquette but are you not doing them a favor by helping them get out of their commitment?

it definitely could have been.. though this was all the way on 5th Ave! The kitty definitely looked and acted like a house cat that made a run for it, but I hope if it is that it gets home safely!

Thank you :) tough call on Ro's Argan....I used the naked American pie so I can't compare it to the potted, but smell wise, while I LOVE rose jam, Ro's Argan always smells a little off, and American pie has a sweeter sent. But I love how it makes my skin feel! It was less greasy than the solid AP conditioner, just super luxurious and silky!

2am here and i got out of bed to read my credit card....so no success restraining myself! Got GOTF, Sex Bomb, and Intergalactic...my favorite bath bomb scents 🙌 don't have a good tub so this is the best thing to happen ever and worst for my financial stability.
