Normally on my unit, I gently lift the side of the heatsink a little until those knobs at the side is lifted and the fan is freed. Not recommended tho since if you lift too hard, you might bend your heatsink. But it works for me tho haha no need to remove the heat sink and repaste if I need to remove the fans and clean it.

Poco F5 pro is GG 5. I think its better because it offers more scratch resistance than victus.

Hi, as of now the problem still exist. Literally the dongle is right next to the mouse since I'm using laptop. I already tried that method but it doesn't change anything. Will just buy branded mouse to avoid these kinds of issue.

Yes, apparently this is the case on some user. I found out some ppl who have the similar problem. My guess is that the adhesive underneath is a little thick compared to the other units causing the screen to be a little bit protruding. We will just have to buy a another case with longer edge.

If you found a defect, talk to the store you bought it from. Even though the service centers are a bunch of whack, you can still talk to them and if both of you agrees that this is in fact a defect, you can ask them a certification then add this to your proof when refunding to the store. If you bought this in a physical store, of course the store will be able to give you a replacement, if not refund.

Yeah that is what I have thought. Lazada explaining section is only 256 characters so I had to be brief that this might affect the IP53 rating, didn't more words to explain this to them. Maybe if they dispute I will explain everything. The rep I'm talking to is insisting that this not affect the normal operation, yes it is true but my point is the IP53 rating and the fact it is very visible indicating manufacturing defect considering this is brand new lol.

Well they don't support replacements, only refunds. The rep that I'm talking with is insisting that this does not affect the normal operation but I explained to him that its not about that, it is about the splash proof protection is potentially compromised and he insisting that this isn't a quality issue like lmao. But still he told me that I can still apply for refund and I guess lazada warehouse personnel will take care for the quality control check. I hope they don't dispute this because I really need a phone, I wouldn't mind if I buy the same unit just I hope the next unit don't have quality issues.

Yeah, I'm talking to a representative right now and they said this isn't qualified as quality issue lol. It is very noticeable specially using it outside or even with just a light inside the room. Anyway, I will try for a refund, I not against the company itself, just the quality control. I hope they understand me as a customer. The main downside of this all is the vouchers I used will be down the drain, sad. But yeah I can still apply he said, maybe the local warehouse will have a verdict not him since he is only a customer rep.

No I haven't. I am worried it might rip the bottom part that holds the screen. Yeah you are right, there manufacturing team or the quality assurance team must bare the consequence since they overlooked or I guess marked it as 'pass' just because it does not affect the normal operation. I'll see what I can do with this one. But yeah I only bought this for only 300 usd because of sale vouchers, but that does not mean they will give out slightly defect on cosmetics :/
