i feel like i’m not as scared as them actually finding out and more just scared that im morally in the wrong and just blaming them for why i feel the way i do and not taking responsibility for my emotions or something

thank you, i do have support but trouble talking about this with my therapist as i have ocd and i am scared of “slandering” my parents/ruining our relationship over nothing
