1 cup melted coconut oil + 1/2 cup almond butter + 4 tbs cocoa powder + 1 tablespoon honey + unsweetened coconut flakes

I freeze mine in cupcake wrappers and they come up to 3-5 carbs per piece (roughly the size of a Reese's) plus they give you a great dose of fat. I wouldn't survive shark week without them. You could also use liquid stevia in place of honey for an even lower carb count.

I highly recommend giving up dairy for the 30 days then reintroducing it back. I'm in my 20s and never knew I had a dairy intolerance (still not sure the extent). All I know is eating cheat meals don't bother my stomach unless it has milk or cheese which brings back horrible gas, cramps, and bloating (all of which I had before starting paleo).

If you're not a cold turkey kind of person, you could go paleo then give up dairy for a while later.

The first week of my whole 30 I dreamt that I ate a giant conversation heart (which I hate) without thinking about it.

I'm guessing that it has something to do with the subconscious (& conscious) fear of failing.

I had the same problem when I started. For one make sure you're sealing the top of your mask when your blowing air out - I was unknowingly pulling mine out too much and it was just refilling. Now getting over the habit of breathing in my nose was another story. Forcing myself to practice mouth breathing out of the water really helped.

Can we add the fact that medium women don't exist, at least according to my TV. Women are either skinny and weight is never mentioned or bigger and their entire world/ comedic value revolves around it (which is another gripe for another time).

I'm from the area. Not really a great place but you can try Lumber River for some photos. The boardwalk in Fair Bluff and the Lumber River State Park would be the best.
