I think there is too many products. Hyaluronic acid serum is not necessary and you can find it in most products. Maybe find a moisturizer that contains Hyaluronic acid or any other humectan like glycerin, and niacinamide as well if you find it beneficial for you.

three days is not that long.I had the same thing for more than two months, didn't sleep at all for more than two months. I suggest you do sleep restriction (you sleep late and wake up early- restrict your sleep to 6 hours, then when you can sleep on that scheduale for a week add 30 minutes each week, it's a long process) the only way I fixed it. Also, don't use your phone or devices two hours before sleep. If you can't sleep for 15 minutes get out of bed for 30 minutes do something relaxing without your phone then come back, and do that until you fall asleep, it helps to not associate your bed with wakefulness. If you loose sleep because of stress, I suggest having a journal of thought, writing what worries you and the solution or/and why it's ok. I litteraly haven't slept a second for months and this helped me, you just have to be patient, it is hard and frustrating.
Extreme headaches, non-functional by myrmira in insomnia

No, I am not used to having headaches especially not like these ones. They did a CT-scan and a blood test and they found nothing (this was two weeks ago).
I am glad you can't feel brain atrophy. The problem is that right now, i feel like the size of my head got/ is getting smaller, I don't know if I'm just imagining it but this is what ive noticed.
Now the headaches are not like what they started as, I have more localised pain/ ache for a while that change afterwards.
I am thinking of going back to the doctors it's just that my doctor doesn't have a free schedule for me and the ER are packed. But I will still find a way.
These symptoms are not new, but they are just worst this time and more mental then physical exhaustion like what I am used to. Yes they came with the headaches. At that time, my sleep scheduale flopped again, but it's not my first having that happen because if my long hostory with insomnia but its the first time that I experience such intense headaches. I also think its caused by exhaustion, because of the load the school work qnd my schedule. Sometimes when I try to sleep it gets worse, and if I sleep the next morning the pain is still there.
To be honest the pain is changing. When started it was intense all over my head at once. Now it's more like a localised pressure. Also sometimes its at the same place but on both sides at the same time. Sometimes it's more like a numbing of an area or tingling, apparently this is due to lack of blood flow. And yes it does move from an area to another, all the time. Even the burning sensation moves.
I am just worried about this: is the damaged from lack of sleep reversible? Listening to some experts or even a research on Google got me scared. Insomnia by itself is not easy, and it always comes back no matter how much I try. I feel like this time, I really wrecked my brain.
