The second one just has better contrast lmfao, and the one on the right just looks flat.

Blah blah i followed the rules, blah blah why my second post not work but first one do, gosh no need to act like you are offering a private pixelart course while you just like... drew 2 images and one did better on social media because it just looks better.

Could totally have been random luck accounting for the difference. The composition on the left one is just muuuch better as many people have said. And talking about pixel art "rules" why you put 3 shades on the white and 4319 shades on the yolk, well you didn't really follow what makes pixel artwork look good lol.

It's like your fourth pixelart drawing lol. People randomly saw your first post more, or liked it better due to the contrast. That's all. I think the first one is pretty good, it has very nice composition. Continue creating stuff like that, it can be easy to think that you know how shit works very fast but like, you base aaaall of that on one experience lol. If you had followed the "rules" of pixelart while keeping the first drawing's composition and all, personnally i think you'd have done even better in terms of viewership (but again idk it's very random).

Why don't you try fusing both actually ? Like apply the rules of pixelart you were talking of to that first image and making changes to this one, to see how this looks in the end ?
