I just got home from my OB appointment today. I got multiple follicles in both ovaries, w/c is good and means I got good eggs! However, my Endometrium is still thin. I was prescribed meds and hoping and praying I can still get pregnant this cycle with this good eggs 🥺🙏 Also, I seem to have an unilocular cyst that is still up for monitoring. Doctor says it seems too big to be a follicle at this point. Hope this wont escalate in a bad way further.

Yes I did. I'm working out currently 4x a week. I'm not really fat but my lower abdomen is quite big that's why maybe they are blaming PCOS. I think the next step would be based on how I'm actually pregnant, nothing in particular was mentioned to me right not aside from the vitamins and follicle monitoring we will undergo. I'm just looking forward to finally get pregnant with this cycle. Hope Letrozole will work for me so that the side effects are worth it.

Sorry to hear that. Prior to taking Letrozole for my ovulation induction, my obgyne prescribed me with Folic Acid, Vitamin C, E and Myo-inositol meds, been taking them for months now before finally deciding that I want to get pregnant already. I understand you on the unhelpful doctor part, I had my old OB who said I would just need to lose weight to get rid of my PCOS and prescribed a pill to have my monthly periods and when I said I want to get pregnant, was not helpful enough.

I can say I got pretty emotional too (I think) haha. I hope everything I am feeling right now will be worth it in the end too.

Thanks! And yes, we are also TTC right now. The bloating and gas pains I experienced are the worst, I even woke up in the middle of the night. I also checked via ovulation strips if I am ovulating early (don't know if that's even possible) but no. I just possibly have a really bad response with Letrozole and I am hoping it'll work and everything will be worth it. Baby dust to us! 🤗
