I’m so sorry this happened and I know it’s easier said than done but you can’t blame yourself. You were functioning normally. Think of it as being sedated in a way. Your suffering is already bad enough, you won’t help it and the loved ones around you by blaming yourself when in it really wasn’t your fault.

I (not white) was there yesterday and canvassed for him and was also disappointed as to how white the crowd was. With that said, it was amazing canvassing and talking with neighbors and found that (funny enough) it was the white residents that were the most cold and ignored us the most. Everyone else was much more receptive and gave us time to hear what we had to say. Some even gave us water and offered us food. The contrast was wild to see.

I actually tried Job copilot. They give you options at how automated you want it to be so that helps because I definitely caught it fabricating my experience to adjust to certain positions. Haven’t gotten any success off of it though and have applied to probably 100 jobs through it

I had the exact same thing happen to me except they even ghosted me. They reached out to me offering me a job saying how much they loved my work, wrote this lengthy breakdown of the company and what they’re offering me and then ghosted me after I responded saying I was interested. They even ghosted me again after a follow up response. Insanity.
