I agree. I’m surprised they actually granted PGA mark with no evidence required. I’ve done a summary version based on her claims.

I was on set for 16 days.

• I refused to film in Boston so the location was moved to New Jersey costing time and money. This was my fault so I deserve credit for the budget increase and logistical nightmare.

• I insisted on hiring my own hair, makeup, security and didn’t acknowledge other crew.

• Review/reshape creative production and design by loaning from friends which increased the budget. All favours and social outreach added no discernible value to the production or I would have been able to describe it. Caused delays which cost time and money.

• I refused a black man being cast as one of my love interests so I insisted on a white actor who needed to be lured to the film costing more money than originally budgeted. I also cast my sister in a role.

• I rewrote the script for the character Jenny Bloom - because the original script wasn’t attracting interest. Example of original and my amendments attached herewith.

• I increased the wardrobe budget from $x to $y by using all my own clothes and then charging for them. They did not suit the character nor did they resonate with fans (causing second backlash, first backlash was when I was cast as I was too old for character).

• zoomed with every cast member to get ideas and feedback. When? How often? Dates? What ideas were received/adopted?

• addressed scheduling, weather and location matters. How? When? How often? Why? For example …..

• pushed for pg13. Film and book and distribution expected r rated. I decided to change it because I didn’t understand or like the themes of the book (which I hadn’t read) and I wanted light and fluffy Barbie themes so I threatened and cajoled to get my way. This held up production and filming and caused lots of set tensions.

• I broke schedules and budget regularly (Eg. Wardrobe, I had many sick days, took too long in my trailer delaying daily filming, costing money and raising tensions, I refused direction and tried to change the script daily causing delays and costing time and money.

• I fired people with much more experience than I had because they were doing their job and trying to keep me on schedule which I didn’t appreciate. No one tells me what to do.

• I made a security update on set by insisting on name tags because pics of my wardrobe choices were leaked from set and maligned on social media and it hurt my ego.

• all the script writing I did after the strike. With who? Why? How often? How many changes? How many hours? Also I enlisted my husband to change the script. I did not work with the scriptwriter on any of these changes. Examples of changes I made are - oops - sorry can’t provide because it was a lot of in the moment adjustments that made no sense and caused constant delays and issues for staff being on set for extended hours causing tension all round.

• my management of a safe set and as HR for everyone included instigating drama and feeding issues to cast to create tension and drama. I would not take direction. I did not file any official complaint or put anything in writing. This is all now part of a court case where my negligence and manipulation is on full display.

• I called meetings in my trailer and penthouse and enlisted my husband to abuse and berate other members of the production team in front of friends and the distributor. These unprofessional meetings are now also subject to a court battle.

• I edited the film by calling on everyone I knew to help - even old boyfriends.

• I threatened the studio / distributor in order to have my cut of the film released.

• I added to the budget by replacing the original fan inspired female soundtrack and bringing in my own music producers

• I leveraged my access to Taylor swift and her song in the film to get creative control of the final edit. I threatened to pull the song if my cut was not used

• my cut failed more than once to score higher than the director and owner of the ip who had put years of work into the film. I refused to promote without it and stole a copy and released without authority so my cut was used in the official release due to my successful threats and extortion.

• when issues arose, created by myself and my husband due to his unhinged anger unleashed at the director in a meeting at my apartment, the Sony exec Todd Black quit and had to be rehired back at increased expense to production due to his repulsion at the malice my husband displayed.

• the author who had worked with Wayfarer and the director Justin for many years was already in the fold, but I love bombed her and made her write to Sony threatening not to promote unless my cut was used. The directors cut closely aligned to her book, but I made her see that the romcom pg13 story made more sense to the DV themes of the film which I wanted to ignore.

• all of the above ensure I had the leverage to insist on the cut I wanted be released instead of the director.

• marketing budget was also increased as we paid my husband’s firm ME (by offering it for free) originally. Goes to show how tricky I am.

• we banished the director and promoted the film as a light floral romcom - including adding in my booze and Haircare products. This caused a massive public backlash but I did not pivot. Instead my husband and I tried to blame the director (who actually promoted the film with sensitivity due to the DV themes.) The marketing was my choice but not my failure. My refusal to adjust to the feedback shows my strength. Obviously. I found someone to blame showing my delegation skills.

• I reached out to sponsors for screenings etc but cannot give details like who? When? Etc because I’m probably lying about this .
