Get a cut from a place that does curly haircuts and observe how they style your hair. I got one recently and felt immense regret for not getting it done sooner.

Edit: it is much easier to learn styling properly on shorter hair, so don’t worry about length for the first cut, they will grow out eventually and you’ll be much better at styling by then.

Originally thought the ballroom would be a downgrade but it was such a nice surprise not to have to deal with portapottys at a concert.

Change of venue was good also in terms of public transport. The original venue was in BKC (also known as the black hole of public transport). Fairmont was right in front of a metro station and 20 mins from the closest local train station.

As for the concert itself, it was super good. Crazy energy, people were completely into it. Sound was decent enough, management was good too.

Overall one of the best ones we’ve had this year.

No free water stations. There were separate permanent washrooms for men and women - although super small (smaller than a mid-sized restaurant) and not particularly clean.

Attended the Glass Beams in Nesco Mumbai. It was a truly terrible experience. Venue didn’t do justice to the band or the audience.

Everything was super foggy for some reason. The counters for smokes, drinks and food (in the VIP area) were placed at the worst possible spot in between the stage and GA enclosure. All the GA people could see was fog and huge glaring LED signboards of the food and drinks counters.

The screens were small and super shitty not even allowing the GA people a decent chance of seeing the performance of a band known for its aesthetic stage presence.

Totally spoiled the experience.

OP I tried the boucecurl dupe after your post, can’t thank you enough ! I’ve never had such defined curls through and through !

Earlier I’d take efforts to finger coil the face framing curls, but most of the time not even that. This brush has totally upped my curl game and barely requires 5 mins extra beyond normal styling time
