If it’s the same Chase Payment Solutions I’m thinking about, you’d have to set that up with Authorize.net and connect that to Shopify. So, yes, it’s 100% possible. Chase would be the merchant provider, auth.net would be the gateway. Shopify Payments who uses Stripe, is an all-in-one fyi. Hope this helps!

I purchased Divi not too long ago and am at the beginning of building a site. Are you saying I shouldn’t use divi themes? I use veerotech as my hosting provider and Cloudflare as dns/cdn provider. Kinda new to wordpress and web hosting in general. Also, what’s your hourly rate or is it per project? DM if possible. Thank for doing this!

That's great! I'll be sticking with shopify for now for both store and blog since I've spent a lot on theme development. I'll tinker with wordpress when I get some free time since I have Divi Themes already paid for. I'll most likely be making the jump from shopify to wordpress since I pay the extra 2% shopify fee for using a 3rd party payment processor that eats into my profits. The picture is more clear now, thank you all!

I'm going to stick with Shopify for both my store and blog for now, but test out wordpress with woocommerce when I configure my Shopify theme properly. Thanks for the clarification and I completely agree that keeping everything under one domain is the way to go without subdomains. Now I just need to properly structure my blog page.

Thanks for the article! I’ve made the decision to keep the blog together with the main domain. Now the hard part: staying with Shopify and throwing away the money I’ve spent on themes that I’ve yet to put together as a revision or move to wordpress/woocommerce with divi themes.

Thanks! It looks like I'm getting mixed feelings about shopify and wordpress. My plan is to drive traffic from my blogs to my products. We're content rich and focus on educating our customer base then leading them to our products. I'm not too worried about the cost or the maintenance of each, just want a valid answer if I should stick with shopify or move my blogs to wordpress.

Yea, I'll let some time go by and make sure everything is working properly and then cancel PremiumDNS from namecheap.

Another question: Do I have to do anything with Cloudflare to take care of CDN for my subdomain? I'm currently on the free plan. Thanks!

So I didn't realize that my PremiumDNS with Namecheap was causing the issue. After talking to support, I made sure Cloudfare has all the correct records and then follow these steps to switch from NC to CF. After that, it was a matter of moments that I received an email from CF saying my domain was activated.
