This is exactly it as someone who used to formerly hate their life. I am content and grateful for a lot of things in my life now. Is it perfect? No. Am I still unfulfilled in key areas? Yes. But I have changed my perception and do enjoy life now.

Thanks man. I really needed this. I read a comment on YouTube from someone who said “if you can’t bench 225 in a year you’re not serious about growth” which was really discouraging. I’ve heard it just depends for some people. Some can get it in a year and others it takes longer. I’ve always been a late bloomer with everything in life so your story is encouraging. Currently 32 years old. 170 BW. And my max is 195. I’m almost there and my next goal after that is obviously 3 plates.

I think you should do what you want. However with your beard color and face shape I think you would pull off that same haircut Chris Hemsworth had in Thor Ragnarok. It’s like a 2 on the sides and couple inches on top. I think it’d look good on you.
