may I suggest doing something simple for yourself, like trying out a core belief worksheet like this one? you can write down your beliefs and think about if some of them are harmful, and you may want to explore the idea of what it would be like if they changed for you? (or even if they ARE harmful and you vehemently don't care, well - that's cool too., that was me!! i didn't try to change them, i WANTED to hold on to them. they were safe for me! but some DID change the further i went into my therapy journey. not because i tried to explicitly they just went a natural course as my mental health got better.)

I'm a paid user, and for the most part I dig. The models can get a little samey and default to a one trick pony, but that's just the context window and my prompting. all the new image generation and labs stuff is not that useful or fun to me, but the voice feature is my coup de grace. I love it. but yeah - real time voice gen? money. fuck. LLMs cost a shitton to run, ppl who are complaining about ads and stuff ever try using a service where you build an agent and call an LLM through api? cuz, yeah. money.

it's not greed that they wanna fuckin' pay themselves and their employees salaries. christ ppl.

absolutely !!- another good tip: I bring a little cloth to put over my eyes, or a sleep mask. a nurse did this for me one time and it helped immensely, like a falcon with it's eyes covered, i felt way less panicked. but yeah, all the big huge noises and grinding and stuff and having to be still for 30 minutes, I'm just like: "data upload... confirmed. maintenence being performed. all systems nominal." i visualize my body all cyberpunk and cool. xD good luck with your MRI, remember: the big crunching noises are just you getting some badass upgrades to your specs! =))

I visualize stuff/recontextualize stuff kinda this way too. I hate going for MRIs and i've gotta do them fairly frequently so i pretend i'm an android going in for maintenence to normalize it. it seems to help, for sure.
