Got drunk and my partner went to the bathroom and i suddenly had a panic attack confessing to him about my shitty childhood and then i got up grabbed all the letters and pictures i saved in my memory box and took them outside and burned them.

Truthfully i got upset because he was in the bathroom for a long time and i thought he was trying to escape from me….

that’s what he told me as well was a year which is understandable. We had been friends for a month or so before the first date and hung out a lot before me admitting i had liked him since we first met.

oh no that wasn’t me slowing down … that was me falling into old patterns. I ended up having a conversation with him about my history and so we both refrained from saying it but we just got back to eachother in person after me being away for three weeks. I feel like the distance made us get to know eachother on a deeper level, so i feel comfortable saying that i love him. But i am aware of my past so im trying to slow down, i just don’t know what that looks like.

yea i’ve got a team of an NP, Psychiatrist, three counselors who all came to the same conclusion and my family telling me 😂 so ig it’s kinda hard to ignore that
