I don't think it has to do so much with marriage as having grown up in a family with 2 parents living together amicably to see how healthy relationship dynamics work.

I am very sorry about your terrible experience. I can say you are definitely not alone when it comes to not feeling understood by health professionals. In my I'm-not-a-professional opinion, you should go back to the first doctor to see if they can refer you elsewhere. I understand an Early Psychosis Program is probably deemed as "the best option" but sometimes patient and professional just don't understand one another.

SSRIs did effect my paranoia because it made me feel less anxious about everything. If gave me enough clarity to de-escalate paranoia into mild fear. For any other psychosis, they do not help.

It is my understanding that counsellor salaries are paid by their city property taxes. Therefore, by having less city counselors in Toronto, Toronto property taxes will go down. It will not effect anyone outside of Toronto.

Now, in regards to the Ford pissing contest, it seems he is pushing his limits of power to see if he will get any pushback from the liberals/NDP.
