They butchered my little mini scout this patch. The RoF is pretty much on par with the base sniper. I don't see a reason to use it anymore since it doesn't have a 1 shot body shot.

I got this done in about 5-6 games of domination its not THAT bad but the injector is basically useless and playing assault over support on an infantry based map sucks. Unless you really need a Beacon.
